From Aztec gods to screaming ghosts and political cryptids that drain goats, all are creatures associated with Mexican culture and mythology. Unfortunately, they are often portrayed as caricatures or racist stereotypes. In this panel, we will discuss their origins, how they have been presented in other games, some successful examples of using Mexican mythology as a basis, and how you can implement them in your games.
