Administrative labor often goes unseen. As we try to find new ways to build TTRPG projects in a healthy and anti-capitalist way, how can different forms of administration and team management support those goals? This panel of TTRPG Project Leads, Producers, and Administrators will talk about the different ways they have led and/or supported their teams, where they succeeded and failed, and what it means to think outside the box to build community both remotely and in person.
